Walker's Food Products is a
privately owned company located in North Kansas City, Missouri. Since 1947,
Walker's has been providing the highest quality refrigerated salads, side
dishes, and desserts for restaurants, grocers, and private label customers. We
make hundreds of items under the Walker's brand and even more private label
products.
Restaurants use our salads and side dishes knowing that we
produce products they can always proudly serve to their customers. We work
closely with proprietors and chefs to develop new products and accommodate
ever-changing menus.
Grocery stores utilize our products in their
deli's, as well as special ready-to-eat items in the bakery, meat, produce, and
dairy sections. We know that each department often has it's own unique needs,
and we strive to provide the perfect array of products across the entire
store.
Private label items have been our focus since the beginning.
Walker's has a long history of developing outstanding recipes for retail and
foodservice clients. The results have been a wide range of dishes that are
truly theirs and theirs alone. We can't tell you exactly what we've done, or
even for whom, because then it wouldn't be a secret anymore!
