Broccoli Bacon Base
"Always Fresh" broccoli bacon salad. Just
toss together five pounds of base and three pounds of broccoli florets. The
base is made with sweetened dressing, carrots, bacon, onions, sunflower seeds,
and a hint of vinegar. Wonderful year round.
Spring Pea Salad
Early young peas at their tender best tossed with a mixture of cheese,
eggs, sliced mushrooms, celery, onions and peppers.
Baked Potato

A down home favorite. Made with skin on Russet potatoes, sour
cream, bacon and cheese. This is a great salad cold, but here's the best part;
just top with bread crumbs and it can be served warm as a baked potato
casserole. Or, stuff a potato skin and top with chives for a delicious twice
baked potato!
Fat Free Lemon Pepper Bowtie Pasta

tender bowtie pasta with Baby corn and shredded carrots are spiced with Lemon
Pepper seasoning. This is a full flavored fat free salad.
