Original Potato Salad
This recipe was originally given
to the Walker family in 1947 from the owners of the Waldorf Astoria in New
York. Large chunks of freshly cooked potatoes with celery, onions, peppers,
mustard and select spices tossed in a creamy dressing.

Macaroni Salad
A pasta lover's delight with macaroni, celery, peppers

flavored mayonnaise, fresh celery, fresh onions, mustard and sweet relish. Try

celery seed and black pepper.
Mustard Potato Salad
